Leerburg.com has a ton of free training articles. Also go check out some books from the local library, though some are pretty terrible. Anything that emphasizes motivational training is probably on the right track.

Leerburg.com thats what i had to use it was nice did not need to pay but you may have to pay a small amount for other things i know from experions that it works
