it realy depends on the TYPE of foods you eat three times a day. it also depends on the type of snack and the excersize that you get. so long as you burn more then you consume you must lose weight.

I just started getting into stuff like miso seaweed kelp and algae but i am starting to feel better already! i hope this helps you out

You need to burn off more calories then you take in via eating to loose weight. So if the 3 meals per that you eat contain more calories than you loose then it doesn't matter how healthy the snacks you eat are, you will still gain weight.

That and alot of cold water and excercise. Also cut your reg portions in half. Drink 6-16oz of ice water a day. It takes the body about 200 calories to heat the water to your body temperature. That's an extra 1400 calories you burn a week. Just a tip. Also more protein than carbs helps too. More Veggies and less fruit. If you eat fruit only in the morning from the time you get up till lunch, nothing else. Hope this helps.

Yes this is the best way to do it. Be sure to get plenty of excercise and have some snacks that are high in protein to help keep your blood sugar level.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

yes, dont drink anything but slim milk and water tho!
hole made lemonade is good too.
try to avoid
bread, pastas, chips and stuff like that (ect...), any kind of big meats.
the stuff you should have is
vegies, fruits, calisom, chicken, fish, string cheeses, stuff like that.
make a food diary to see how much you really eat a day, and mark the calories in it, you should not take more then 2,000 calories a day!
