hahaha i agree with the previous, u r definitly quite slim! but if u want to then look it up on the net, mens health and men's fitness magazines have some very good tips and always have articles on abdominal techniques

I do about 100 sit ups a day and that seems to help keep my stomach toned. It took quite a while to get it toned in the first place, but youve just got to be patient and stick with it. When I started off, I was doing about 10 a day (pathetic, I know) and then gradually started to increase the amount.

You have the body of a 10 year old! If you wanna tone it up and get a six pack do sit ups and crunches, but dont aim to make it smaller! You must be a size minus zero or something crazy as size zero have 24 inch waist!

I think progressing up to 100 situps a day as the lady before me said is probably okay. I don't know whether you should try the men's health ab excersise programs- you don't exactly want a bulging six-pack now, or do you?
