Does canadian citizenship give person the right to come to the USA and work/live for anytime with out any problems?

Um... no. You do know that those are two completely different, separate countries, right??

No. You have to apply through US Immigration Services. Same as an American wanting to come to Canada to live and work - must apply through Canadian Immigration Services.

no. as an american married to a canadian you must go through an immigration process.

going to school this is another story. you now must have a passport to enter and leave. you can stay for a time if you have family here.

go to www.state.gov and find your nation rules there for entery to the us.

www.uscis.gov for immigration.com

and www.doleta.gov for job and immig info
