Clean your room. Do the laundry. Do the dishes... all without being asked to. Then wash the car, mow the lawn, and scrub the toilets.
You're part of a family... your parents aren't there to clean up after you, but to provide for you and to help you grow into responsible adulthood. Show them you can take on some of the responsibliity without being asked to.. That's how you show them you're growing up.

okay well you don't really give us much information on exactly what you mean but i'll try my best. what i usually do when i'm grounded is i think about my health and stuff. if im like hyper i like do a little workout. another thing i do is i clean my room. not like actually clean it, but like organize it and make it neater. you feel like you've acomplished a goal and it just makes you feel maturer. sorry, maybe you should add some more information and i'll get back to you. hopefully this advoce works!

take the time to get those things you need to get done and just keep putting off.
Cleaning out your closet, purging old cloths, going through paper etc.
Use the time to get more organized.

well it depends what you have around you. what i usually do is write or think about things like friends family realationships. do homework or other work around the house that needs to be done. draw take pictures try to do something that you enjoy within the groundation limits
