What are the natural fruits/juices I can use to tenderize meat before grilling?

Papaya juice is the best meat tenderiser as it contains an enzime which tenderises the meat.

Failing that, raw pineapple/ juice is also a excellent tenderiser which will break down tough meat.

Lemon Juice.

Citrus juice actually starts to cook some fish and meat due to the acidity. That's about all I know. :)

I think it all depends on the flavor you want i use orange a lot. i also use lemon
