Does Condi have a chance to solve it?

Condi Rice has so far engineered a summit with Hamas and Fatah and is now moving against the militias. If she succeeds and the violence in Iraq abates and Palestine becomes a seperate state, (a very optimistic possibility). Would she be in line to be drafted as the Republican candidate for President?

I think it's a possibility. I would love to see Condi Rice become president, as would a lot of people. Basically, she's the only one we haver to convince, and I think we can once this mess is sorted out (by her, of course).

i believe that what Hamas and Fatah are doing is soo stupid, nothing angers me more than Palestinians fighting each other, and I think that she could stop the violence, but I doubt Israel would allow us to become a seperate state. They take away all of our freedoms and when we try to fight back we are labeled as terrorists. who is the terrorist, the skinny orphan boy from a refugee camp throwing a pebble or the man in an american tank in an army outfit holding a fancy gun and probably pretty big and buff?? i dont understand if Israel can kill innocent people and Bush says its ok and they have the right to defend themselves, why cant we fight back the people who killed our family and took our land? our land is being taken over , do they expect us to sit and watch?

Rice is not taken seriously by any Asian government. They treat their women like chattel (no, not cattle, chattel. Look it up). No one in that part of the world will ever truly respect her or our country as long as she is a spokesperson. She is a pretty smart cookie to get where she is, but realistically, she is a token minority person and a puppet.
