depends on the brand and flavor. But look on the outside of the container. Yogurt ice cream is better for you.

depends on what it is made of. if it is non-milk fat then very little. if made in the oldfashioned way with milk them quite a lot. howevr, you are better off eating frozen low fat yoghourt.
