This guy who likes came over to my house to deliver the 2nd V-Day card he made for me, he stayed for like 45 seconds but when he was leaving, he gave me a hug and kissed my cheek. Then later on he said that he's going to be thinking about that event all week and I asked him why and he said 'It gives me more of a reason to like you?' What does that mean exactly?
And why was the kiss on the cheek such a big deal to him? He's obviously kissed other girls before, so why?

ahaha aww what a sweetie. Come on, a guy works on a vday card, and gets to hug you and feel you and kiss you on the cheek. It's sweet. Don't overthink it. Next you're going to be like "Why is this sugar so sweet? I don't like it!" A guy likes you. That's what he likes. He doesn't like the kissing on the cheeks, he isn't a crazy sex pervert. He's a sweet guy who you're overanalyzing. He likes you. There you go. Now just revel in the moment, sweetie.

maybe he feels a certain unknown feeling inside when he kisses you or hugs you. A guy can feel differently about different emotions than a women, and also reacts differently to emotions than a women. and the same vice-versa etc. I think this guy just wanted to kiss you on the cheek and hug you because he finds you more physically attractive than the others he's ever dated, and want's to get to know you better etc.

he is shy, that is why he only stayed a short time.
So I doubt he has kissed other girls.
It gives him more reason to like you because you aren't pushing him into anything. You are being cool .
