I have become extremly lazy not wanting to do nothing but sit on the computer. It has made me gained weight and give up on all the things I once wanted to do. What can I do to get back into life again?

Get moving an make sure your heartrate is elevated into the cardio zone (this depends on your age) for AT LEAST thirty minutes. After twenty minutes your body starts to produce endorphins, which are A) a natural feel-good chemical and B) they are addicting. If you can keep this up three times a week for two weeks (come on, you can do six sessions right?) then you're body becomes accustomed to them and encourages you to keep exercising to get more of them. And you'll feel like crap if you ever forget to exercise for a week

start off with little exercises and continue to work harder little by little at a steady pace
