I was sitting outside a Cumby's in this jerk's car (haha) while he went in to buy something. While he was at the counter, (I saw all this too), a kid leaned over the counter and held a knife to the cashier. He took off. We had to go to the P.D. and answer questions. By the description of the car, they caught him!

yes. once i was in a beverage house with some friends and out of no were this guys starts shooting at the cashier. so we called 911 and reported it. then we had to go to the p.d. we gave our info and the next day the guy was caught. the cashier was shot once in the arm.

This sounds more like your are telling a story of what happened. Where is the question? Do you just want to know if ANYONE has been a witness to a crime?

sounds like you did a stand up job. now what is the question ?. most people want to get involved when the situation is fluid, but when it comes to testifying in court, they don't want to be such a good citizen. if you want to know what's its like to appear in court as a witness, I'll tell you, but rephrase your question.

I have been. But nowadays they use live video conference...So if you are witness..they would just have you go to your local PD and do video conference with the Judge So you dont need to go there personally...You know...
