just take vitamins specially for hair skin and nails. I think they are on sale in boots (but may be in the ladies bit) that is the best thing you can do to promote hair growth. Come on, do you really think spraying something on your head will help? It's not grass! lol! Need to get it growing from within. Good luck but dont fret! Girls do like guys with no hair, just dont do the comb over thing! :)

So..
There are many factors that can attribute to hair recession or massive hair fall and you need to find out which one exactly is responsible for the problem you are having now. Of course male pattern baldness is still the most common cause, but, for instance, if you are a woman things are deinitely different! This is the reason why you will need to really dig down and see the source of your problem.
Other causes of hair loss may include (both in men and women): severe mental or emotional stress, excessive use of coloring or bleaching agents, traction alopecia or excessive strain on the scalp due to braiding or corn rowing, hormonal changes, alopecia areata or hair loss due to autoimmune diseases, and many more. Each of these conditions will require a different approach in order to achieve success regardless of whether you're going to be using conventional or natural methods.
In my opinion it's much better to use natural methods as opposed to conventional ones, they're cheaper, have less to no side effects, and often more effective.
A good way of regaining your full head of healthy natural hair is well described on this guide: http://hairagain.toptips.org

I take a Zinc tablet at night and a Selenium in the morning. Recently I ran out of these supplements and didn't start taking again for about six weeks. My hair grows at a terrific rate, however, during the time I wasn't taking the supplements my hair didn't grow. It might be worth a try, if you are tired something may be lacking in your diet. Generally hair loss is genetic however, thyroid problems can cause tiredness and hair loss.

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMLk9 Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.

if you can afford it go for a consultation with a trichologist, they can some times help, it depends if it's hereditary though. you can temporary thicken it with products but they usually wash out. don't try any supplements without a consultation. A trichologist specialises in this dept.

In addition to all the other answers you will get here, check your diet. Good healthy food and excercise can help. You may need multi-vitamins and enzymes, too. Check for Gary Knull's book, "Power Aging."

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/uphzC
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.

Hey there I think you still have some hope left, there is lots of products on the shelves now days, I would recommend you going to your doctor and letting him or her know what is going on and they can perscribe you a med for it that really works, you can also have surgery depending on how much money you want to spend. but sometimes the meds cause more problems with the insides of your body so I geuss the choice is yours!!
