The ozone in the troposphere is not ozone but is NO2 that behaves like ozone .
The stratosphere ozone is what protects us from solar radiation and it is made out of O3. This ozone is created when solar winds collide with the earth's magnetic field . It is caused because all the atoms in the solar wind are ionized due to the high temperatures they have been in. As they cone toward the earth the magnets affects the flow as following. The beta particles are attracted to the north pole and makes it negative. The alfa particles are attracted to the south pole and makes it positive. This is a huge charge with lots of current. This holds the O3 ,ozone in place by the charge. When the tilt gets right u can see the results in the northern or southern lights. I know it is complicated and I hope this helps.

What in case you used the dating: c(speed of sunshine)/wavelength=frequency you will possibly might desire to apply the cost of sunshine in m/s and wavelength in m. 3.0*10^8 m/s divided by utilizing 2.40 two*10^-7 m = one million.2*10^12 s^-one million Use a greater ideal approximation to the cost of sunshine in case you want greater sig figs and a greater precise answer.
