the thing to be careful of is that you are getting enough protein in your diet. Too gain more from your diet it is also important to eat protein with a complex carbohydrate such as rice, this will help your body maximize the effects of the protein and it will burn even longer

I am a vegitarian, I do not do this because I am a figure skater, but because I love animals.
On practice mornings, such as practice, classes, ect. I eat cereal, a muffin, and a glass of homemade OJ.
On regular school mornings, or when I don't skate, I eat cereal, pancakes, or waffles.
For skating day lunches, I eat a sandwhich, or if I pass a class, or at a compitition, I eat a pizza with ALL the grease off.
On a school lunch, I either bring or buy. If I bring, l bring curry, tofu, miso soup, or pasta.
On a regular day's lunch, I eat whatever I get for lunch.

I usually do the same, but being a sugar addict, I let myself have 3 sweets a week on non-practice days, or after practice.
