for a building I have already designed for university I must show how I could do the following using technical detailing and drawings.
1. Provide Thermat Comfort
2.Use Solar energy for space heating and hot wate
3.educe consumption of mains water
4.Minimise electrical use
5. minimise ecological impact
6. Minimise embodied energy in building materials
Does anyone know whee I could find examples of technical detailing on these subjects - I am really struggling

this is just a general answer but i say a marvelous show on wsre tv about solar power. seems germany and japan are doing it very very seriously with the components lighter and better and i believe it was manufactured in australia. I had a list with some companies because I want to get a solar bank and get off the grid. seems habitiat for humanity also just built 10 houses in eastern kentucky or tennesee (coal country) wchich are off the grid and supply their own power. it was wsre public tv and i was watching in nw fla public broadcasting.

arent you going to schoool for that? These are very basic building systems. You say you have designed a building but dont know these things? What is it, a square on a piece of paper?
