A shot of nitrous is the cheapest way but the price of bottles will add up over time. Also, depending upon how much nitrous you send in you might damage stock internals.
Supercharging would be the next easiest thing but a lot more expensive. Look at kits from paxton or eaton. If you want to get serious buy a roushcharger, saleen supercharger or a kenne bell.
Turbocharging is another option. Probably the most expensive of the three, but will give you a lot of torque and won't rob your engine of any power.
Of course you could stick with bolt ons that will help performance and separate you from the rest of the stangs out there but won't get you 100 hp. These include a cat-back exhaust, intake, maybe a new throttle body, gears (3.73 or 4.10s), underdrive pulleys, and a chip/tuner.

I agree, adding a supercharger is probably the best way to get 100 real horsepower all the time, without the goofy blue bottle.

Sure, the cheapest and easiest way is a shot of Nitrous. Look at kits from NOS, Nitrous Express and Edelbrock.

The problem with nitrous is, when the bottle is empty, you aint got the ponies. I strongly recommend a supercharger kit. I have a blown '89 Mustang. Very Very satisfied.
