What report would you pay money to read?What information needs to be available in terms a normal person knows?

I write reports on various topics of interest. I am told that my writing is easy to follow and my topics well researched. The topics available to write about, however, are widely varied to the extent of overwhelm. I decided to write my next expose on a topic selected by my friends at Yahoo questions. Since I plan to charge a small fee for my report, I need to know what topic would be of interest to the widest variety of readers. Suggestions? Please keep it clean. I'm a family oriented writer.

A social audit of utilization of my tax money, to the extent it relates to say, road construction, expenses on my elected representatives, public library, etc.
