Why would you do that? You would only be leading him to believe that you're into him, and you would be missing out on the more appealing options. There's no virtue in settling for less than you deserve.

No but it depends why you don't like him. I assume you find him attractive otherwise you wouldn't start seeing him in the first place but you can't make a relationship work on dishonesty.

if you`re going out with a boy you don`t like, it`s wrong to string him along.
as much as i wish i wasn`t single,
i would feel really bad if i hurt a guy who liked me, by pretending to like him.
break up with him, it`s the best thing to do.
