Usually the day after you've had a bad flu or cold you can't taste anything...and loss of taste is also one of the side-effects of some medicines. Check the side-effects if you are on any medicine.

If you just went through a cold or something where your nose was clogged up it might be that your sinuses are still not all the way okay and that might be the cause of you not tasting anything
