All day spaghetti sauce? Just brown the ground beef with onion and garlic, add pureed tomatoes, basil and oregano, and a pinch of sugar and maybe a cup of chicken broth. Let simmer all day. If it reduces too much, add a little more broth. About 10 minutes before serving add a hearty splash of vodka. Simmer for a few minutes, then add a hearty splash or two of half and half or cream. Heat through and serve over pasta with tons of cheese.

I love making this.
