For a sexy body:

Eat 3 balanced meals a day. Avoid large amounts of sugar, salt and fat. Look for an abundance of vitamins and minerals. Drink lots of water and avoid soda. Do crunches or go for a run.

For sexy legs:

Keep them shaved and well moisturized with a great lotion like Jergens. Do lunges and stretches.

Depends how old you are, anyway you and your friends, take up running, hiking, walking, light weights, to work the butt you need to do squats. will give you an awsome behind, make sure your getting enough protein, a gram of protein per pound of body weight, use a rowing machine that takes care of the legs ,and stomach area, proper diet no sugar, no white bread, work out withsomebody for motivation, good luck, message me if you have more questions.

If you want sexy legs wear a micro mini skirt ;) don't forget to shave your legs and put lotion on though.

and as for a body you need to exercise and eat regularly.

Simple. Do lots of deep knee bends and take the time to exercise. Also, don't give up you will see results. The Cindy Crawford workout tape is the best if you want to see fast results and fun exercising!

Exercise and eat heathily. If you run on a regular basis you will tone your legs and waste. Eat healthy in order to avoid flab on your arms.

Leg's aren't really something you can help, either you do or you don't. I would suggest getting exercise video's. For example my fiance has the nices pair of legs I've ever seen, they wouldn't change no matter how skinny or heavy she got.

Lots of exercise and a good diet would help. For instant gratification - plastic surgery; but it is costly and painful.
