I have football testing comming up and one of the test is a max out on the bench press. I rep 200 pounds 8 times for four sets right now so how much should i max?

In general, you can max about 65-75 pound over what you can rep 10 times. So, if you can rep 200 pounds, you could possibly do 275. I'd say right now you're probably around 250 or so one RM.
