Some good flirting tips would be maybe to dress cute and always make sure when he or she is around that you are the center of attendtion. Sometimes its good to find out things that he or she lyks so that you can give it to them when ever they are around!!! But dont waste your time on them if they totally ignore you that means that dont lyk you or they think your a total werido!!!

Dont be shy but dont be overpowering with your own confidence, talk to the person, touch their arm (Body Language stuff) and be youself, dont be negative (guys absolutly hate it) but dont be super postive all the time (annoying to everyone), smile, and look into the persons eyes, dont swear a lot, and dont be a drama queen!
P.S. these are kinda tips for a girl!

Walking by and giving a 'come hither' look. Locking eye contact from across a crowded room for at least 10 seconds, look away for a quick moment, then look back to see if they got the message. Always giving those 'bedroom eyes', if you know what I mean.

Laugh at jokes, use any excuse to make physical contact. I can tell when a girl is flirting with me when she looks at me then looks at the floor.
