william t shepard, attny is mishandling a should be simple inheritance matter. Jaisan in manhattan guarranteed 18 months at the most but now its been 26 monthsand counting with all sorts of lame excuses. is there such a crime when i write the district attorny .

There is a such thing as accessory to fraud. Does not seem like such a far stretch to phrase it like you are. Never heard of your term. There is also something called malfeisance.
