That's a very good question. Why do people think that the Sabbath Commandment is the only one that is no longer in force?

Jesus kept the Sabbath. The Apostles kept the Sabbath. The Church of kept the Sabbath for hundreds of years after Christ died.

Jesus said he was the Lord of the Sabbath. And the book of Hebrews has this to say to Christians about the Sabbath:
"There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God" (Hebrews 4:9)

Theologians have admitted for centuries that there is no command in the entire Bible that negates the Sabbath Command.

There have been Christians for the past almost 2000 years who have kept the Sabbath. There has never been an age when there weren't Sabbath keeping Christians.

So, it's a question you should be asking yourself; Why don't YOU keep God's Sabbath holy?

The entire ceremonial system was established by God to be temporary and to give way to the new covenant when Christ came. We are taught in the new that the Sabbaths were part of the shadows that have passed away, it was part of the ceremonial law which also included the Sabbath year and the Year of Jubilee. Now we celebrate the Christian Sabbath, not as law but out of thankfulness and we consider every day as holy. We see this progression taught in the re-giving of the commandments before Israel went into the land 40 years after they were written in stone and the reason for the Sabbath observance had changed from creation to deliverance from Egypt (see Deut.5), We also see the progression of the whole idea of rest (Sabbath) in the Triune God. God rested after creation, Jesus said it is finished after His work, and one more rest the eternal one awaits after the Spirit is finished with His Work.

It's God's standard of righteousness, his purpose and his word (things like that) than never changes. The purpose of the 10 commandments was to keep the nation of Israel separate from other nations (spiritually clean) and point to the arrival of the Messiah, who would 'fulfill the law' (the law began with the 10 commandments and grew to be a giant body of laws governing every aspect of the Israelite's daily life). After that, as JC said, love was the only law; for if practiced right, would eliminate the word-for-word commanding of behaviors.
The sabbath began at sundown Friday, and ended at sundown Saturday.

Some Christians do keep the 7th day Sabbath holy as God commanded. Others do not. Many different reasons. It makes for a great bible study and in the end you will find out for yourself whether or not the 4th commandment is still valid.

God wrote the old laws in stone but Jesus changed that when he paid the ultimate price on the cross. We no longer live under the laws of the old testament. We live under GRACE.The 10 commandments are an excellent guideline for our laws today and we should still follow and respect them but God knows we are not perfect so he sent Jesus to help us.Sunday worship started after Christ was crucified.

Jesus mentioned every commandment in the New testament except the Sabbath Day. And when he did talk about it, he critisized it. The Sabbath day is just taking a day to remember who God is. No matter what day it's on.

Me, I kinda like the fact that I worship God and keep his Sabbath on the first day of the week. It feels to me like He is being put first. After that, I work 6 days, then I remember the Sabbath on the seventh day, and try to keep it holy. I think that as long as you remember the Sabbath, and keep it holy, it really makes no difference what day it is on.

The seventh Day is the Sabbath, Saturday. human beings think of that it relatively is Sunday now simply by fact in accordance to historic previous Constantine tried to alter Sabbath to Sunday so the Christians can worship with the pagans in honor of sunlight Worship. ....In 321, Constantine decreed, "on the venerable day of the sunlight enable the magistrates and human beings residing in cities relax, and enable all workshops be closed" (Codex Justinianus lib. 3, tit. 12, 3; trans. in Philip Schaff, historic previous of the Christian Church, Vol. 3, p. 380, notice a million. besides the undeniable fact that, God rested on the Sabbath, on the seventh day He sanctified it and made it holy, at creation (in the previous there have been any Jews). Saturday remains assume to be the Sabbath, God by no potential replaced it.... Ceremonial rules have been achieved away with whilst Christ died, yet ethical rules will continuously be in effect. God is the same the day previous, as we communicate, and perpetually. Jesus suggested, in case you adore me, shop my Commandments.

You're right and many people argue about this. I agree with you - the Sabbath is on a Saturday, the 7th day of the week.
