There can be. Read the label or do some research on doubtful items.
Most Vitamins have a coating that prevents the material from being digested at all. They haul dump truck loads of them from sewer cleanings in all cities. Don't believe me, go to the sanitation department and ask them what clogs their systems the worst.
Some of the items you listed can be overdone.
Some work on some people and not on others.
You need to research what you can, read the paper that comes with these items.....side effects etc.

most adverse impacts from too high of levels of vitamins and minerals are long term. (stuff like kidney stones, urinary tract infections, etc.) there is also the difference between men and women. men's bodies have a greater tendency to build up unhealthy levels of calcium and iron, for example. vitamins can be a good idea, but they can certainly be overdone. normal daily vitamins and a healthy diet is your best bet. anything else should be discussed with a doctor first (they can do blood tests to see if you should take the others.)

While don't know the exact effects of too many vitamins, I can tell you that often the packet will tell you to take the vitamins with food. I know first hand that it can make you feel a bit ill if you take Glucosamine without a little food.
I also recently went to the hospital because of one of my glands. I had to take a blood test, and they found that I had only a small amount of Magnesium. 30 something when it was supposed to be 70, as it helps with your heart.
Vitamin supplements should only be used when you honestly can't absorb them through food. They should never replace it.
