Prime example of course is Nancy Pelosi who wants severely high tax rates on the actual working americans so she can further support wasteful social spending,yet I notice she wasn't trying so hard to give of her millions as she made them. She wants severe restrictions on the use of Fossil Fuels but was she pushing for those restrictions as she made millions off of stock in oil companies. She wants to push for increase in minimum wage ( God Help me I Agree With Her on That One) but doesn't want to increase it in American controlled Somoa which helps Tuna companies that just happen to be headquartered in her district. Does this woman ever follow the rules she wants for all of us? Thinki about that the next time she flies around in a private jet getting 30 gallons to the mile while she demands we drive around in cars so small as to insure the death of our whole family in the event of a major collision.

Rosie O'Donnell is a fine example of the hyporcisy of the rich. On her day time talk show, the one she ran in the ground before not this one she is doing that to now, she used to go on and on about the homeless and how this mayor or Bush or someone was being so cruel because the homeless were in need. She also talked about people in the rest of the nation who owned guns as criminals and repeatedly said that no one in this country needed to own firearms. Howard Stern, yes the idiot radio guy, sent a homeless guy to set his cardboard box home near the gate to her estate in New York. She stopped once, on tape, and screamed at the guy to get the F away from her home. He did not. A few days later she had her armed security guards go out, tear his box house apart, through his belongings in the street and pushed him around telling if he did not leave they would harm him. So it is one of the examples of what you are saying, Rosie a rich liberal, thinks that only SHE should have armed guards and that EVERYONE else should help the homeless and they should be around YOUR house not HERS. Its easy for wealthy people to not worry about taxes, they have lots of money, or if a sex offender is going to move near them because they have estates, and crime is not a problem because they have armed security to protect them. People like Rosie, Babs, Angelina, etc., are absurd and one would have to be pretty pathetic to listen to their advice that they have for OTHERS.

In her case, it's called "pandering for votes". Although highly hypocritical, all politicians (on both sides) do it every day. If they don't, they don't get re-elected by those ignorant masses to whose special interests they are pandering. If you are a rich ultra-liberal who isn't a politician, you really have no reason to not practice what you preach, other than the aforementioned hypocrisy, mental unhingement, or general nastiness.

Why do you care so much about what any segment of society does .... can you look at your life in a truth mirror and say that you have "helped" anyone? If so great, but it really is none of my business.
Also, Speaker Pelosi does not want severely high tax rates on "actual working Americans" ... she would like, however, for Billionaires to pay at least a few dollars in taxes. After all, the very wealthy in this nation use the most services that our tax dollars pay for: i.e. fire, police, street and roadway repairs, paving and cleaning, the Military ... but they just don't want to pay any money to provide those services. Why is that?
How do you know what stocks Speaker Pelosi and her husband invest in; and is it really any of your fault? You didn't tell people that they also invest in companies providing alternative energy sources. Why is that? Didn't want tospoil your premise I guess.
Also, Speaker Pelosi did not DEMAND a jet; the Sgt. at Arms of the United States Congress asked for a jet that would take her to and from her home district, just as he had requested for Speaker Hastert (who was too fat to fit into the seat of a plane of a private carrier) ... Speaker Pelosi said she was only too happy to use nonstop Jet to her district thru a major carrier. Why didn't you add that to your rant question?

You are also right even in your last sentence. I do NOT have a small car and will NOT have one. I do research and have done research on the Insurance Institutes website and their testing is done in a more practical manner than the government testing. People would be amazed at the 4 or 5 star ratings on all vehicles from the government testing but on the Ins. Institute ratings give some a low rating. Also, there is a website that gives a green rating on many vehicles.

The Speaker is 3rd inline to run this country and needs to get back to DC quickly in case of an emergancy. That is why Dennis Hastart had access to a jet. Nacy Pelosi's home is at least three if not 4 times further from DC than Hastart's home.
As for the rest of your accusations, what are your sources?
Well to do liberals do spend more than I do but they also work to even the playing field for the rest of us. I'm not sure the current administration even knows poor people exist.

The ultra-rich, lib or con doesn't matter, all live by their own rules. The super intelligent, rich or poor, also usually live by their own rules. That is the nature of humanity. It is usually these two groups who establish the rules for the rest to follow. They may want order around them, but they don't want to be restrained by that same order.
