I am a follower of Christ as well and I see no reason for any bumper sticker. This makes no sense to me! Why would anyone put anything on their car. It's not as though you are helping it's resale value.
I love the bumper stickers that talk about a rapture that will leave their car person-less (unless you have an unbeliever in there, then they are done for!) If we really believe that then Christians probably shouldn't drive. If the rapture comes today then there are going to be a lot of dead unbelievers!
There is really no reason for any type of bumper sticker. It does you no good to have it there.
Good call with this question, bumper stickers have made me mad for awhile.

Well, what's the point of non - Christian bumper stickers? The point is you want to be a witness to all the non - Christians in the world looking at your bumper sticker. The Bible says to be a witness to people all around everywhere, and that's what Christians want to do. Bumper stickers can be really bad too, though. So the Christians want to be a protest against the bad bumper stickers. Hope my answer helps!

Well, its ALL PARAPHERNALIA. But with good intent. IT is a good, thought provoking way of witnessing to non-believers without which you'd probably never meet "whoever happens to be driving behind you."
I like them. I mean, I don't go sticker crazy and decorate the entire rear end of my vehicle, but some of them are rather witty.
BUT! Herein lies the possible issue of abuse to the Christian faith, OR more accurately: The GOSPEL OF OUR LORD JESUS; the GOOD NEWS!! :
When the person tailgating the car that has those stickers sees the person acting contrary to Christ; it completely turns non believer's off to the message. (Road rage, flipping other ppl off, cutting ppl off, speeding, yelling out the window at others, listening to blatantly anti-Christ music.....etc).....all of these need to be recalled when a person places a bumper sticker proclaiming CHRIST JESUS. Such is the same with the hanging of crosses from the rear view mirror.
Christians need to think about these. As I have (ADMITTEDLY) made Christ look the fool myself, in times past.
GOD BLESS,
Let all who name the NAME of CHRIST; "LIVE" His Word, and not just "HEAR" it.

I think maybe it's because they are not ashamed to proclaim Christ as their Savior. I see nothing wrong with having Christian bumper stickers - in fact if there's any scripture then you never know when a non Christian might pick up on that scripture and truly take it to heart.
People have other kinds of accessories on their cars - why not Christian ones also. God says he will not be ashamed of us if we won't be ashamed of him so what's the big deal? I think it's a great way to reach out and proclaim the gospel

It's only fellow Christians proclaiming their faith in whatever way they can! It's an innocent preoccupation for some. Let them do as they wish! It hurts no one, and actually, when you're stuck in traffic some time, and you may be close to that cursing mode of thought, sometimes it's kind of nice to be reminded of God's presence through that little silly bumper sticker. I was behind a truck the other day, that said, "Jesus today, tomorrow, forever!" It made me feel better! My focus went to a good place, which sometimes we lose sight of, getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of our daily lives.

Maybe when someone is on the verge of sucide due to depression or somethin they might see the bumper sticker that Jesus loves you n he cares for u and that might get them to think...........
Personally, i thought it was a way to show the world that the owner of the car is a christian

They can be another way of expressing our faith. Of course having a Christian bumper sticker and driving like an idiot isn't a very good witness.

Out of a hundred adult men one reads the bible. the different ninety-9 study the guy. you're of the different ninety-9! bypass to the source and study what the Christ Jesus taught. do no longer lay claims to Christianity by ability of the histories of fools and egotistical adult men. while we live "the way" our Christ taught then there will be peace. isn't it glaring we're not residing the existence we could continually? do no longer fault the Christ for that, lay the blame on the adult men who abused the instructions and did evil in God's call.
