my hair is soooo slow it wont grow i been trying to grow it for like 2 years

Prenatal vitamins will help your hair and nails to grow fast and healthy. I know...it sounds crazy! I didn't believe it until I started taking them when I was pregnant and it really works. My sister still takes hers and her son is 9 mos old. It is natural and not expensive.

theres this stuff called super grow! Its in the african american hair section of pretty much any store! theres a few different kinds of it! Its really like grease.......if you straighten your hair after you wash it, take a few dabs of it (not too much) and rub it all through your hair, try not to get alot on the roots but get some it will make it greasy if you get too much! Then just blow dry and style normally! It works really good! I use it all the time!!!

properly i take advantage of Mane & Tail....it relatively does artwork. and additionally my hair is basically soo delicate and soft now! its large! check it out, u might like it. Oh and additionally on a similar time as your washing your hair attempt to place it the opposite direction up and rub down your scalp for a couple of minutes, its gets the blood flowing :) wish this permits Oh and its no longer too costly.

If you eat more protein(beans, red meat), your hair and nails should both benefit.
