Cats can be nocturnal. They can sleep all day and be up all night having fun. They too will sleep most of the day away if a storm, whether it be rain or snow is on it's way. Hope this helps!

It's normal for your cat to sleep that much. A cat sleeps basically 22 hours a day.

My cat was sleeping most of the day being lazy and I told my vet he said he was just lazy. He had gained some more weight. Then I saw that commercial about that purina naturals . The lady said her cat was lazy and slept all the time. So I tried it , after one week i could tell a difference. Now after a month he is playing running and having fun. plus has lost some weight and staying awake longer. Purina naturals did the trick

Yes, that's perfectly normal. I read somewhere that the average cat sleeps a total of like 19 hours a day. Mine likes to sleep a little less on the weekends when I'm home from work, and will spend much of her time running around like a crazy woman and dancing on the kitchen counters. :)

I have 3 cats and all of them sleep most of the day. So yes this is normal. Mainly if they have gotten out of that kitten stage.

Cats get into mad positions whilst they sleep , mine covers its face with its front paws, at times falls alseep halfway via washing which places her in a wierd place. she would be in a position to circulate herself if she will't breath precise. some cats even get below the bedsheets and by some potential cope. don't be concerned approximately it for this night, yet in the morning examine how she is respiration and despite if it relatively is soft etc. If she hasn't had a vet examine at present take her in and ask the vet approximately it as this gives you with peace of innovations (and a few sleep), yet i would not stress.

Depending on your cats age I would say if he/she is older then it's quite natural. If your cat is young, maybe he/she stays awake during the night and then sleeps during the day.
If she/he is healthy, eating well and drinking and seems happy then don't worry.
