alot of puppies have worms. like pinworms, roundworms, and heartworms. It just means they have got to get rid of them.

It means that any intestinal parasites have been removed using a "worming" solution. Meaning the dog was fed some medication that kills the intestinal parasites and then they are excreted with the puppies stool. This treatment usually gives the puppy diarrhea for a few days. It is a bonus if the person you bought the puppy from has already done this as then you don't necessarily have to deal with the diarrhea.

Puppies do not usually have heartworms, heartworms are serious. But they have intestinal worms that they get when they are puppies and all they have to do is give them medication to get rid of the worms. If you don't get rid of them then they will make your puppy skinny and emaciated... And be sure to make a follow-up appointment with your vet to make sure they are all gone!!

It means to deworm them so they wont get worms. you know the ones that come out there a**! lol

if they are being literal it means they have had worm treatment, and are clean. they may mean they have been checked for worms and found clean.
