Dog age faster when they are a puppy but then they slow down with the aging process.
If you say 1 year equal 7 dog year it about 8 week

Roughly 2,555 days are in a year for a dog since he is 7 years old to our one year... for instance if he is 2 in human years he is 14 in dog years.. I hope this was helpful!!!

365. While a dog ages at a time seven times faster than a human, they view days in the same way we do, by the rising and setting of the sun.

I had to edit this, because apparently I got dyslexic on the numbers.... Duh.. Sorry

365. Dogs just age faster than humans, its not like time goes faster for them.

It depends on the breed/life expectancy. Roughly 2555 if you go with 7yrs to one human year.
