Your going to have to care for the pups. Get some puppy milk replacer such as Esbilac. They'll need to fed round the clock every 2-3 hours. When they are done eating you'll need to stimulate them to eliminate by rubbing their genital areas with a warm wet washcloth. This must be done as pups can't eliminate on their own until around 3-4 weeks.
You'll need to keep them warm as well. Drape a heating pad set to low on half of a box. This way if the pups get to warm they can move away from the heat.
At about 4 weeks you can start introducing a high quality puppy food in the form of a gruel. Take the puppy food and mix it with water, let it sit for a few hours and then mash it up. You want it the consistancy of thick oatmeal. Feed this 3-4 times a day. Over the course of the next few weeks gradually reduce the amount of water until they are eating close to solid puppy food.
The puppies should remain together until 8 weeks of age for proper social development.
Also get your dog spayed asap. Chances are she won't take care of the next litter as well.

hey, i know how you feel, i've got a dog who's done the same! Our pups are now almost 3 weeks old and doing great so don't loose hope! Does she clean them AT ALL??? Mine started to get the hang of it after i showed her! I got some puppy formular as a "just in case!" it makes sense to have it to hand, is the welping box big enough for her to stretch out and in a quiet place? if it is sit with her and the pups, lay her down and stroke her belly if she'll let you, then attach one of the pups and see what she does, if she doesn't mind add another and so on till they're all on and just sit with her and stroke her and comfort her, that's all you can do to encourage her, if that fails, then get the bottles and the formular and become Mum to them! Remember to clean them regularly or they won't go to toilet and that's a whole other problem! Good luck hun! x

How old are the pups? If newborns, you need to take her to the vet to find out if there's something wrong with the mom, get formula from the vet for the puppies (as well as instructions) and feed and clean them every 2 hours.
If they're older, they likely have teeth which hurt, and sharp nails. You need to clip the nails and if the pups are around 4 weeks, start supplementing them with dry puppy food that's been moistened with warm water at least twice a day. If the mother's not feeding them at all, they need to be fed 4 times a day with fresh water always available.

Two options: 1) you can hand-raise the pups. Talk to your vet asap about getting milk replacer for them (assuming they[re still nursing). 2) you might get lucky and find a "foster mom" for the pups if you can find an experienced dog mom who has recently had a litter of her own.

well there are 2 different types of not taking care of them..
1: she is throwing them out of the litter..and when you put them back with the other pups the she thows them out again.
~this is a sign that something is wrong with the puppy. Mother dogs have an instinct when something is wrong with a puppy. in the wild she knows the puppy wouldnt survive...so she needs to save up all of her milk for the healthy puppies..its just part of nature. so if she is doing that. you need to take the pups to the vet so she can figure out whats going on. at the SPCA I worked for I cared for many litters of pups with their moms and a few of them did that to some of their puppies. one momma dog was throwing her pups out because they had collapsed lungs and we didnt know it. we had to euthanize the pups it was really sad..but there wasnt anything we could do...it was a birth defect. :( but the healthy pups grew up and got good homes.
2: she is a first time mom and is annoyed with them and wont nurse any of them or when they latch on to suckle she gets up and goes away..and she will not clean them or anything.
~all you can do in that situation is give her time away from the pups....we had a baby swimming pool at the SPCA that we would fill with blankets and keep the pups in there so the mom could get a break. also try your hand at feeding them so she can rest. but if you try the swimming pool idea..make sure you put the blakets in and cover with a fitted sheet because the pups will try to burrow in the blankets for warmth and will smother and die..so watch out for that. just give the mom some one on one time with you :)
hope this helps some :)
talk to your vet about getting some milk powder to mix with some warm water to bottle feed them...or mix the powdered milf with science diet puppy wet and warm water until it is really soupy...we fed that to the puppies and they LOVE it. plus the science diet is full of protien for growing puppies. and VERY heathly for the,..and you can get it at any pets mart.

I accept as true with MaBAS Monkey socks advice is trustworthy to finally end up with probably 3 lifeless canines or a minimum of three badly injured ones and a huge vet bill. mom canines instincts tell her puppy is a delectable morsel for any predator around (inclusive of alternative canines - inclusive of pop) she needs to isolate herself & doggies in a superb risk-free den - particularly she's out in the open in grand significant station -worry, worry, stress canines have been understand to do away with the stress via removing the doggies if it gets too undesirable.... now Dad - the main threatening creature in the international is a mom protecting offspring with a view to consume or bypass out he has to "run the gauntlet" previous the main threatening challenge he knows of. he attempting to persuade her he basically passing via meekly "relatively no harm" it relatively is tourture of the two canines, and you ask your self why they do no longer seem to be working around enjoying? sheesh!

I am guessing (and hoping) you have a vet for the mama. This is a question for your vet. If your vet can't help you, than try looking for a new one. One that specializes in this topic.
Good Luck :)
