okay theres this guy and he always follows me and also calls me and like is always stalking me. how do i get rid of him?!?!

if you still go to school you can tell a counselor that you are being stalked. If not, you can go to court and get a "paper" that forbids him coming near you or calling you

Make sure your parents know what's going on. Next time he calls, tell him to quit following you, and to not call anymore. Get your number changed. After that, if he continues to follow you, then get the police involved. Don't give him an inch, or he'll take a mile. Make sure that he knows without any shadow of a doubt that you don't want to have anything to do with him. Be careful and best of luck.

you need to go directly to the police, and file a report, that he is harassang and following you, for evidence, dont answer his calls, let him leave a voice mail, (can be used in court if need be, he knows he is being recorded if he leaves a voice mail), also you might wanna take a couple pics of him of different places at the same time and date (make sure they are on the pics) of where you are and he is there too. do not make any attempt to have any connection with him, even to tell him to stop following and call, let the police do that, that is their job. ...if he leaves threatening or threatns your life, you need to let them know that, he can be arrested for this if it gets out of control.

You should tell an older sibling or a parent that you trust about the guy who is following you. Don't let him bring you down but you have to make a move fast and quick...

in the present day i'd basically attempt to keep the friendship alive, and attempt to keep your associates brother at bay through asking your pal to keep him away. Or attempt to get a restraining order :P solid success including your stalker desire all is going properly.
