A child of God is not the same as a creature of God. Until one becomes a child of God......they are a child of the (Satan) world. This is a fact.

No, it is very clear in the bible that you are Gods child or The devils

1John 3:1 ¶ Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the SONSOF GOD: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him NOT.

John 8:44 Ye are of your father the DEVIL, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Yes... I believe so. God is here for all of us; anyone who reaches out to Him. He wants all of us to have a personal relationship with Him and will gladly accept. We're those sheep and when one that's missing is found, it's a huge celebration - even over and above the thousands that He already has.

It's our free will that distinguishes between those who believe, don't believe, are yet to believe and will never believe.

Yes.

Romans 8: 16
16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

There is a reason he is called our Heavenly Father. We are his literal spirit children. We become the spirit children of Jesus Christ at baptism. Note: Obviously, I believe the Father, the Son,and Holy Ghost to be three separate, distinct beings.

He loves us and has sent us here to grow. As a loving father, he must let us make our own decisions in this life. It hurts him when we fall away just like it hurts a mortal father to see his child make poor decision. But he must let us make our own decision. Free agency is a key element of the plan of salvation.

We are all the children of God. Some of will be invited to heaven because we have accepted His Son, Jesus as our Savior. Some will choose to go their own way and don't want to associated with the Son of God.

In a sense, yes, being a child of....who was a child of Adam, who was a child of YHVH. In a more important sense, no. As the Messiah said, you are of your father the devil. Anyone can choose to be a child of YHVH by adoption, but most refuse.

God loves the world. Everybody is his creation but not everybody is his child. Only those who love him are adopted by him.
