Try using BedHead Manipulator. It's in a little round blue container and it's a kind of thick greenish-blue goo. Sounds gross but you only have to use a little and it works great. Dont use too much or it looks greasy. And whatever you do DONT CUT OR SHAVE THEM! I used to have two spots right in the front of my hairline just like that and cutting them is the worst thing you could do. They will just grow back worse. Just stick it out and wait for them to grow. It's worth it.

Depending on the type of hair you have you want to use styling gel or a pomade to straighten these hairs back.

I read about this nice little trick in a magazine and it works great for me. You spray hairspray on an old toothbrush and run it along where the hairs are sticking out. Only use a little bit so your hair doesn't look stiff.

Try using a straigtening serum or some kind of frizz away serum. Or rub lotion in your hands then run your finger thru your hair... it'll work for a little bit.
