Well it goes like this my dad is a narsist, hypocrit, with conplexity of inferiority and superioity. He no patience and he gets angry very easyly. Well for the past 2 years he has lost his mind and anoyes me, my brother, and my mom. He also fights and fights over stupidits with my mom. and the worst part is if they do go to cort my dad will win, coustiody of me and my bro, couse my mom has no job to get mony. so I dont what to do or any thing.

Just so you know I am 15 and My parents go married in México and we are curnety likeing there also so Méxica law might be differnt.

There isn't much you can do. However, you can help your mom get a job before the court appearance. You can also testify against him in court, say how abusive he is and that you don't want to go with him, put on a show.

Marty, just because your Mother doesn't have a job right now doesn't mean your Dad will win in court. What the laws are there I don't know, but mainly the Mother gets custody unless proven unfit which is hard to do at times. Your Dad would also have to pay child support to your Mother for you and your brother. I wouldn't worry so much about the court issue with custody. Try and be there for your Mother, it sounds as if she has put up with a lot from your Dad. She is in my words a strong woman to have put up with it this long.

It all depends on your age - the court will allow you to stay with your mother if you choose. You can write a letter to the judge and tell him/her about your concerns. Your dad has to pay for child supports so that would help a bit with the financial situation. Your mom should move back in with her parents until she is able to be on her own again. I hope that she has someone to turn to in this situation.

k, my mom and dad are divorced, and i'm only 14. i wasn't allowed into the courtroom to tell my case for custody so i got custody of my mom because she has a safer place to live (dad lives in NYC) and i so would rather be with my dad. Just take it day by day and alway wish and cry at night when you feel like dying. crying into a pillow helps muffle sounds so it's less embarrassing.

Well I think maybe they think it is best to be apart and they don't want to keep hurting you and your bro . The only thing that you can do is ride with it . Write a letter to the judge and let him know what you want as far as custody .

your in a scary and confusing situation i went thought it in kinder garden but was to young to really understand what was going on, i thought it was my fault..the best thing for you to do is just try to stay out of the way and let your mom and dad work this out. you can ask me any questions you have just e-mail me if you want. you can get my address off of my answers profile.

actually the state will have custody of you if your parents get devoured. is it shark attack? a bear? are they already devoured or still in the process? help them then! i hope you didn't have to witness your parents being devoured alive, how horrible... but seriously, i would work to get an education, reading what your wrote, you sound just like your dad. get help...

if you are older than 10 you get to choose who you wanna live with, my parents got divirced a year ago, it's tough, but you'll get over it=)

People aren't answering because they don't understand the language you are using. I suggest you stick with a message board geared towards whatever language you know and understand because obviously you don't know/understand english or how to spell.
