I would like to know if I could make a youtube video with scenes of t.v. shows and movies with a video camera.Is it possible?What do I need that's cheap?

Yeah, a VCR and a capture card would do the trick. Capture card manufacturers include ATI, Hauppauge, and Pinnacle. You can go to your local electronics store (like Best Buy) and they'll have a small selection.

Yes, there are programs and equipment made by many companies for capturing and editing stuff from your tv or videotape onto your computer. I recommend Pinnacle.
Bad part. Youtube is very bad about deleting anything TV related-anything that is copyrighted. If you upload it chances are it will be deleted within a couple days.
