I use my ceramic Corioliss Pro straightner and it's the best i've ever had!!! I paid over $100 for it at the mall, but you can buy them brand new on ebay for around $40. Plus there's a lifetime warranty so it's worth the price- because if anything happens to it you can take it to a local mall and they can replace it free of charge =]

Go to Sephora or Sally Beauty Supply. My straightener is from Sephora and it doesn't ruin your hair. Ask a person that works at Sephora if they have a straightener that can control the temperature.

Remington is the best hair straigtner you will ever get! i'm irish though so maybe that is a make that you can only get in ireland.

I would say CONAIR!
i use it and it works very well, and my hair doesnt look frizzy and it looks shiny after using it!
