Welcome [literally: blessed be the coming]:
plural male [ברוכים הבאים]: bruchim haba'im
plural female [ברוכות הבאות]: bruchot haba'ot
singular male [ברוך הבא]: baruch haba
singular female [ברוכה הבאה]: brucha haba'a

Generally (if you don't know the sex and quantity, like on door carpets), you say "bruchim haba'im".
