I've heard diet drinks make you gain weight, is this true?
if so how does this happen?

I'v not heard of that but if you want a "diet" drink, try green tea. It is supose to be really good for helping to lose weight. I found this that you can read if you choose.

That's not true. They do have alot of sodium in them, but that will not make you gain anything other than water weight.

have not heard that - but does make you retain fluid - maybe that's what makes you weigh more!@~
