We have a King size memory foam mattress that we want to convert to full size mattresses for our 2 kids. We don't know type of tool would be best to use.

I haven't tried cutting memory foam, but with other foam types, I've used an electric knife.

An electrical knife, like the ones you use to carve a turkey or if you dont have one of those then try a chainsaw

try a carving knife, the electric kind you use to do the turkey on thanksgiving... make sure you cut srtaight up and down(verticle... STRAIGHT) or itll look like crap once you get the sheets on...

bandsaw first cut holes with drill press about three inches apart
then take bandsaw and cut in half
