As you can see from the scripture that you quote, it pertains to married women and not the unmarried woman.

With no limitations seen within scripture placed upon her, she can ask whomever she knows has the answers - and if they are willing to take the time to explain.

I'd say she asks the priest or minister. Why would being unmarried be a problem? Not all men are Einsteins.
