I hate to say it...I know you don't want to hear it....but it would be a whole lot easier to find a nice guy who is nuts about YOU and only you!
You can't convince someone to like you, they either do or they don't. And this one has his sights set on your cousin? How would she feel about it if you went after him?
I know this can be one of the hardest things to do-to sit back and watch someone you are attracted to go for a friend/relative/whatever, but there is nothing to be gained but bad blood by trying to get this guy to like you.

I do not understand what you mean when you say like your cousin. Either he is your cousin or he isn't. If he is your cousin, I say forget about a personal relation. If he is not your cousin, just tell him very casually that I think you are special and I like you very much. You will know by how he responds if he feels the same way.

Except he was liking my best friend who was like a sis to me!..
So all I can say is TRY to move on!...
Do your cousin like him?...
If she don't talk to her about it!...
If she do then TRY to move on!...

And it worked for me, I had no choice but to move on!
But I still have LIL feelings for him, and that is gonna happen sometimes!...
