Smelly ears are generally a sign of an ear infection. Your dog needs to be seen by the vet to determine the type of ear infection and then they can prescribe meds to treat it.

I would suggest taking her to the vets if her ears are stinky that means they have a bad ear infection. I dont know what kinda of other medicine you can give to your dog besides a tablet of Tyenol to ease the pain and it wont hurt her(but it wont get rid of it 100%), but its best you take her to the vet because the infection could become serious.

It sounds like they need to be cleaned good. If it is a sweet smell it could be a yeast infection. If it is a rotten smell, she could have a very bad infection going on. You can use Q-Tips to clean her ears. Use a scooping action to clean them. If you can, go to the vet and have them checked out. You can get some ear flush to use. It will make it easier to clean the gunk out if there is any. They may also have something called Teramycin. It's an ear drop that help keep your dogs ears from getting infected.
Best of luck.

She could have ear mites. They make the ear stinky. You should take her to your vet if you think she's in pain. There are also over the counter ear washes that help clean out their ears but you should first find out what you're dealing with so you don't make it worse.

You can try a multitude of remedies and end up at the vet anyway....why not start there....they will give you something to keep it in check and educate you on what kind of problem your dog is having
