I don't see why you can't eat it, unless you're allergic, of course.

Your body might react a little because of the caffeine content, much like coffee or tea--depends on how much you eat.

Dark chocolate has been shown to be really good for you.

Watch out for the fat content, don't overindulge, and enjoy!

Or course. Chocolate is actually good for you, as it is full of antioxidants. The darker the chocolate the better, but like you said, controlled portions, since chocolate also contains a lot of sugar.

Yes, studies even suggest that if you eat dark chocolate it may be good for your heart and prevent cancer. Just remember, everything in moderation.
