A lot of people need a challenge but mostly it's because they're probably somewhat co-dependent. They need a "bad guy" to tame...they want a guy with problems so that they can feel needed themselves by helping to fix their problems. I know firsthand because I used to be attracted to guys that didn't have IT together. I'd want them to like me and realize how wonderful I was for changing their world...being their reason for living. That's just ridiculous to me now, but some things still linger. I do want a challenge at times...someone that's NOT a doormat and someone with stubborness and opinions and vitality. Someone who's not passive but they're passionate. A guy that stands up for himself and will argue back without feeling like he'll rock the boat.

When the nice guy becomes super super super clingy. And don't let urself become walked on. You should know when to stand up for yourself. Just because your 'nice' doesnt mean that you have to be a complete pushover.

Wrong question: the right question is why would they choose and abuser or a loser over somebody who turns themself into a doormat?
Answer: because they feel a doormat is easily replaced.
If they don't respect a confident gentleman (the ideal), then they have emotional problems.

not all nice guys are ugly. i married a great guy, but while he's not the best looking guy ever, he is the best guy i could ever hope to have. he treats me like a princess, and would do anything for me.
looks fade, but a great personality stays forever.

Nothing's wrong. Nice guys, weirdos, and nerds especially turn me on. The only requisite is you have to have big BIG hands and a big BIG other hand (LOLOLOL). If you have big hands, don't worry about it. You'll meet your lady love real soon. BIG hands!

When they are too nice and lament about this girl that they love and she doesn't love them back. Every "nice guy" I know has one of those and it's soooooooooooooooo sickening to listen to.

they are dorks. if a guy is attractive, why would he have to be nice? girls love hooking up with assholes just for their looks... and people say men are shallow and all about the looks, ***** please! if your hot, you will get ***, if your not, then you gotta work harder and eventually find a girl that's been jilted by hundreds of good looking men so she'll settle for you...
