No, they body actually weighs less due to loss of fluids whilst exercising - i.e. sweating.

Yes, you do weigh more after excercise..... its a well known fact. I always weigh myself before going to gym, and after to see.... and i am always heavier. Its because muscle weighs more than fat, and after a work out, your muscles are bigger!!!!

it weighs less after exercise... you're losing fluid and burning calories. duh! unless worked muscles weigh more or some nonsense like that... doubt it though.
