If you have access to Lexis/Nexis, which is an online database that lawyers use, you can access the data there. They maintain a complete property tax assessment database, even for properties in counties that themselves do not provide the information over the internet.

You can only access those on-line if the individual taxing authority makes those records available on line. You might be able to locate them with a carefully crafted internet search on Yahoo or Google.
