Look up exercises online.
You need to run, work your abs, legs, arms, back, and shoulders.
If you have access to a gym, go there. Most high schools have a weight room for their sports teams, so look into that.
Good luck!

Work out every day. Go to your local gym and have a personal pay a one time fee for a personal trainer to show you how to properly lift weights. Start running a mile a day and then work your way up maybe a mile a month until you are running 5 miles a day. It sounds like a lot but people do it all the time! Also, eat right, no junk food!

First of all, run. Running is an extremely important exercise if you're going to play football. Run 2-3 miles a couple times a week.
Also, you need to weight train. Alternate days for working out your upper and lower body.
If you don't have a place to work out, do exercises at home. You can do squats or iron mikes to work your thighs. Do sit-ups and crunches for your abs. Also, be sure to do push ups. If you are going to play football, you should be able to do at least 60 push ups no problem.

Daily weight lifting (alternating days of upper body, lower body), followed by a good run of 30 to 35 minutes.
I would also recommend you contact the high school's football coach and see what he recommends. Often, the school's have a set workout routine for the members. And it would be beneficial for you to get on that routine now.
Consistency is the key.
